Abby Newby, MOT, OTR/L:

Dee Dee Hunt, OTR/L: I am a mom of four children and an occupational therapist with nine years of pediatric experience.  I enjoy working with infants or toddlers and their families at this important stage of life. I believe every child is precious and can build on their strengths and weaknesses. I have been exposed to a wide variety of disabilities in various cultures.

My early childhood was spent in Nigeria and later I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Malawi, where I set up community-based clinics for disabled children.  Our youngest child was adopted from China.  We enjoy paddle boarding, reading, hiking, cooking, traveling, and sharing life our two dogs and with friends.  I love helping families give their children the best chance to live a full and happy life!
